Our Promise to You
Before your order leaves our workshop, it is checked with the same care as a gift prepared for family. However, if something isn’t right, we are here to make it right — with respect, fairness, and warmth.
1. Return Policy
We Accept Returns In These Cases:

Conditions For Returns:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
The item should be in its original packaging
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect
2. Exchange Policy
Size Exchange:
If you have received the correct item but wish to exchange it for a different size:
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a size exchange
Defective/Wrong Item Exchange:
If we sent a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you — including shipping.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds Are Issued In These Cases:
The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
A defective or incorrect item is returned and a replacement is not available
We are unable to process your order for any reason
Refund Process:
